Data Video Demos Full Workflow
Datavideo Technologies Europe was busy demonstrating how its products work together to create a full end-to-end work-flow at IBC2015. “This was important for us, because often our clients know us from a certain product group, like converters or vision mixers,” said Valentijn Diemel, global marketing coordinator, Datavideo. ‘We actually produce almost any product for broadcast and pro A/V workflows, so it’s always worthy of browsing our booth.”
Datavideo also launched several new products, including the SE-700 four channel vision mixer at the show.”We’ve al-ready introduced that little switcher on the NAB last April, and it was the king of the show. Several show media reported about the SE-700 as one of the top-five products around. The SE-700 is built around a 4 channel HD-SDI/HDMI switcher, but includes chromakeying, PiP and more gadgets like that, for a very affordable price level. We hope that it will be a nice successor of our SE-500 cvbs switcher, which is still very popular in rural environments like the Middle East,” Diemel said.
Diemel added that IBC’s location in Amsterdam was also beneficial in terms of attracting a lot of clients from Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
On the subject of the Middle East market, Diemel said business in the region is “constantly developing and expanding.””The Middle Eastern terri-tory is one of our fastest growing markets around and shows lots and lots of potential. We see that the Middle East is developing one of the best educational systems in the world, and that begs for high-tech solutions that Datavideo can deliver. We have products from digital signage to production solutions,” he said.
